Distinct Impression (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Tucson print shop operated by DI Holdings LLC at 3262 S Richey Ave, Tucson, AZ 85713. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit distinctimpression.com, request a quote, place an order, call or text the shop, or otherwise work with us.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us: name, company, email, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, artwork files, order details, and messages you send by email, form, phone, or SMS. We also collect usage data from the website (device, browser, IP address, and similar technical data) through cookies and similar tools, including those used to operate a Shopify-hosted storefront.

How we use information

We use this information to quote and produce jobs, take payment, ship or arrange pickup, provide customer support, keep records required for tax and accounting, improve the shop, and, if you opt in, send SMS and email about your order, pickup, and Distinct Impression shop updates including occasional promotions.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide a mobile number and consent to SMS, Distinct Impression may send texts about quotes, orders, production status, pickup and delivery, customer care, and promotional shop updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your personal data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, only with third parties that help us provide messaging services, including platform providers, phone companies, and vendors who assist in the delivery of text messages.

How we share other information

We share information with vendors who help us run the shop: payment processors, shipping carriers, cloud and website hosts (including Shopify), email delivery, and similar service providers. We may disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the shop, customers, or others. We do not sell customer mobile phone numbers. Website advertising cookies may still share website usage data with advertising partners as described by Shopify; that does not include SMS opt-in data or consent.

Your choices

You may email di@distinctimpression.com or call (520) 571-0210 to ask to review, correct, or delete personal information, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, or active jobs. For SMS, reply STOP at any time. For promotional email, use the unsubscribe link in the message. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about an existing order unless you also opt out of SMS entirely.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
